Please update the Pro version up to 1.7.2.2 you will have a hover option in Elementor https://tppr.me/e3HjM
As for the bigger title font size, please add this custom code to customizer -> custom CSS
.gt3pg-pro--albums .text_info_wrapper h5 {
font-size: 13px;
}
